A $9.95 flat rate applies to all orders under $100 within Australia for Standard shipping. Express shipping is offered at a flat rate of $14.95. Orders over $100 will be Express shipped for free within Australia. We currently only ship International orders to New Zealand which implements a $25 flat rate.

Return unopened items within 14 days.
If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our online warehouse within 14 days of purchase.
You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
The Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
-In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;
-With both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
-Including a printed order receipt;
-At your risk and cost.
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt;
If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing email@example.com provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
This includes if a product you receive is damaged during shipment, is not what you ordered or you are simply not satisfied.
